Bicycle Basics
During this 2-hour workshop, you will learn ready-to-apply know-how to properly maintain and use your bicycle. We will cover the basics of bicycle maintenance and mechanics with a primary focus on brakes and shifting. We will be working with a large variety of bikes, so this workshop will be great for you if you fit one of these categories:
- You are a total newbie to bike mechanics, and you are looking for a way to get started.
- You have been riding for a while now, and you want to learn how to get the most out of your bike.
- You are an expert mechanic, but you just got this newfangled contraption from Japan and you know you can figure out how to put that hexagonal gear thing back together if you can just figure out where that orange springy part goes!
